Good coaching changes everything—for players, for clubs, for the culture of the game. Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been doing this for years, we get it: every coach faces different challenges, works with different players, and has their own way of doing things.
That’s why our coach development isn’t one-size-fits-all.
Coach Mentoring
1-to-1 or group mentoring built around what you actually need. Struggling with player behaviour? Working with a difficult parent? Want to develop your game understanding? We’ll work with you on the stuff that matters to you, not a generic curriculum.
Coach Education
Rugby-specific sessions covering both the practical and theoretical sides of coaching. We can work with individual coaches or your whole club coaching team – whatever your needs.

We know grassroots rugby inside out because we live it. When we say we’ll help you develop as a coach, we mean practical support that works in the real world—not textbook theory that falls apart when you’re stood on a muddy pitch in January.
