1-2-1 & Paired Coaching
The session will be led by either a Level 2 or Level 3 coach and will involve practical activities for both general and position specific development as well as an introduction into self-analysis, goal setting and performance review.
The sessions are suitable for both adult and young players who wish to develop their skill set. However, participants will need to be a minimum of 11 years of age and in the U12 age group.
The 55 minute session will consist of:
- a coach-led warm-up linking into
- a 45 minute 1-2-1 session with focus areas agreed
- a coach-led cool-down, debrief and goal-setting

Who are the sessions suitable for?
Our coaching sessions are designed for players aged 11 and over (minimum U12 age group) looking to improve their skills. Both young and adult players are welcome.
What should I bring to the session?
You’ll need to bring your usual rugby kit, including boots, and water. All other equipment will be provided by the coach. If the session is outdoors, appropriate weather gear is recommended.
How do I book a session?
To book, simply follow the booking links on this page. You’ll be able to select your preferred time and venue from the options available. For weekend availability, please contact us directly via email.
Can I request specific areas to work on?
Absolutely! Each session is fully customisable. When booking, you can specify any areas of focus, whether it’s general skills or position-specific development. Your coach will then tailor the session accordingly.
